Ordinary Member who passed the certificate examination and assessment; nominated by respective Institutional Members and recognized by HKAN.

Required documents

1) Application form for fellow member (form)

2) CNE record within 3-year cycle (form) (CNE guide)

3) Logbook with evidence of completed 500 hours of guided practice (form)

4) Supportive documents (mandatory)

- certified true copy of valid RN / RM registration certificate

- certified true copy of valid RN / RM practicing certificate

- certified true copy of HKANM certificate of ordinary membership

- certified true copy of the certificate of the highest academic qualification

- certified true copy of specialty nursing related certificate(s)

- copy of curriculum vitae (form)

- evidence of achieved 60 CNE points within 3-year cycle which include 45 CNE points are specialty related

A soft copy and hard copy of the required documents submit to the following address:
